Once you have booked the preferred package we will first conduct a video chat ( face to face visit will be charged additional Rs 1000/15 USD locally or depending on your location) to establish your expectations which will help us to define
- Topic,
- Colours,
- Clothing (if required)
- Props (if necessary),
- Position
- Model (if required)
- Meals, travel & accommodation (where required)
- Define use of images (incl. time frame),
- Rights & final edition.
I then draw up a contract that defines the shoot and regulates the use of the image and rights.
Exclusivity: Loving conversations, concepts, final prices and other forms of communication will be kept confidential and I will not use said created images for my marketing or promotional activities.
- I will use 24 hour business hours to develop best concept within budget constraint. I will also consider saving money where possible and sharing the benefits with you should you approve an increase in the final budget.
Once approved, I will arrange the necessary prerequisites within 48 business hours of the proposed ingestion date.
- Within 5 days of the start of the shoot, I will provide a detailed invoice & other documents as proof.
